Meridian was established in early 1991 as a specialist financial arranger whose primary business purpose is structuring, syndicating and co-ordinating the completion of capital equipment financings and undertaking their ongoing management.
These transactions generally take the form of a lease, finance or operating lease, which is either a domestic or cross-border lease, on or off-balance sheet for both new and used equipment.
Meridian also has extensive experience in arranging project and corporate financings.
The company is independently owned by its principals.
